Logan has been in swimming for 9 weeks now. He is doing so well and I bet by the end of summer he will be swimming! I love Angelfish swimming and so does Logan!
I didn't realize it would do nothing for him if he wore it. so his other leg and arms need to be that much more powerful? He's such a trooper! At the special olympics, do the swimmers swim with their prosthetics?
That is so much fun!!! Logan is doing great. Once you get them so that they aren't afraid of the water and can hold their breath and blow bubbles, the rest just keeps coming! Let Logan know that I won my first trophy when I was 5... I'm going to post a picture on my blog so that Logan can see the prize that's just a around the corner for all his hard work!
Swimming comes naturally to the youngest infants, but they begin to lose that inherent ability as they age. But all it takes is a little practice and it all all starts to come back--and a lot of hard work for it to come back at full strength :-P
